A: During tax season, when the sales team is at their tax offices, I handle many more phone calls than during the off season.

A: Reading, sewing, crafts, anything outside, and crossword puzzles.

Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I enjoy interacting with people both as a tax preparer and sales consultant. It’s nice to feel the satisfaction of really helping someone and knowing that you are helping them either with their business as a TaxSlayer Pro user or with their actual tax return. Providing good customer service is very important as a tax preparer and TaxSlayer Pro sales consultant.
Q: How does your job change throughout the year?
A: Tax season is long hours and actually interacting with clients face to face as I prepare their taxes. The off season switches over to selling our professional software to other tax preparers and it greatly helps to be a tax preparer myself as I can relate to our users of TaxSlayer Pro as to what it is like being out in the field and they usually appreciate that.
Q: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
A: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing golf, fishing, and watching the Braves, Falcons, Hawks, and Georgia Bulldogs. In case you didn’t notice I love sports.

A: I play the bass guitar.

Q: How does your job change throughout the year? A: During tax season, I prepare individual tax returns for local tax clients using the TaxSlayer Pro software. After tax season, I sell the TaxSlayer Pro software to Accountants and business owners across the United States. Q: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working? A: Spending time with my family, church, and friends. Q: Something many people don’t know about you? A: I am Dominican and I love to dance to Latin music, especially merengue and salsa.

Q: How does your job change throughout the year? A: Because I am involved with sales all year long, I really do not have an off season. I try to sell, sell, sell all year long. A: I paid my way through college driving an eighteen wheel truck delivering industrial gas supplies and singing at weddings.
